Joseph E. Doussard received his B.A. from St. Anselm College and his LL.B. from the University of Colorado. During his career at the American National Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo), Mr. Doussard was a vice president of the bank, in charge of trust and estate administration.

       Mr. Doussard has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for more than 10 years.  Mr. Doussard is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is currently serving on the college's Estate and Gift tax committee.  The College appointed Mr. Doussard Colorado State Chair for a five year term beginning 2001.  He is a past president of the Denver Estate Planning Council. His articles have appeared in The Colorado Lawyer, ACTEC Notes, and in the national magazines Estate Planning, and Taxes The Tax Magazine. Mr. Doussard has also lectured at legal seminars.

       Mr. Doussard's practice includes trusts, estates, probate, business  planning, and pension and employee benefits.
